Job Summary As the Catering Director, you will oversee all catering and events and ensure an exceptional experience for our guests. This role involves managing a dedicated team, fostering client relationships, and maintaining the highest service and food quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Led the coordination and execution of both internal and external catering events. Develop and implement a comprehensive catering marketing plan, including event planning services and customized menu development. Hire, train, and schedule staff while continuously developing their skills in service techniques, menu presentation, and adherence to policies and procedures. Ensure the smooth operation of catering functions, including managing labor and food costs, preparation, transportation, event setup, execution, and post-event cleanup. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or Culinary Arts (required). 5+ years of experience in the hospitality industry, including at minimum 3+ years in a catering leadership role. Strong background in menu selection, pricing, contract negotiation, and sourcing temporary staff and equipment.
