Pay Rate: $18/hr

This position will be located at our Corporate Office: 2355 W Pinnacle Peak Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85027

SUMMARY

The Human Resources Intern will support each function of the HR Department, including DEI&B (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging) initiatives, Recruiting, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Payroll, Benefits, Associate Engagement, Compliance, and People Analytics/reporting.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Support full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing job postings.
  • Contribute to employment branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Assist in organizing and participating in job fairs and recruitment events.
  • Support the integration process for a recently acquired organization, including benefits administration and total rewards alignment.
  • Lead a dedicated project to evaluate the impact of benefits and offerings on employee engagement and culture, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Collaborate on building a dashboard to track key people analytics metrics.
  • Assist in other HR-related projects and initiatives as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Junior or senior, majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, who are eager to explore the operational side of HR.
  • 3.0 GPA in major field of study
