Screen Print Production - On-the-job-training

Work independently alongside teammates that care. Process customer orders and perform final quality checks on custom-printed items in a clean, comfortable (A/C!) warehouse.

We'll work with you. All backgrounds are welcome, you'll receive one-on-one, on-the-job paid training!

Coming in Spring 2025! 2nd shift opportunity for compressed work week every other week. Option for Fridays off!

POSITION #1 & #2: Screen Printing Press Operator - 1st Shift and 2nd Shift

1st SHIFT HOURS: Monday-Friday, 6:30am-3:00pm

2nd SHIFT HOURS: Monday-Thursday, 3:00pm to Midnight, Friday 3:00-7:00pm

We work with businesses and organizations of all kinds to provide them with personalized promotional products. As a screen-printing press operator, you will be making our customer's artwork come alive by producing screen printed garments in a highly efficient production environment.

Here is what a typical day might look like. (These are the essential functions of the job.)

Other duties may be assigned.

• Demonstrate the eight core principles that guide every 4imprint teammate on a daily basis: Honesty, Curiosity, Collaboration, Flexibility, Accountability, Empathy, Positive Attitude, and Humility.
• Effectively interpret work orders and job aids to ensure accurate execution of job responsibilities.
• Setting up, operating, and troubleshooting a screen-printing press to screen print decorate garments with customer-supplied artwork in an efficient high production environment.
• Inspect print quality and graphic placement to ensure high quality, accurate prints.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Comply with safety procedures, rules and regulations.
• Keep an organized workflow for smooth and consistent output.
• Participate in training classes and actively seek professional development.
• Help out in other areas when needed and when time allows.

• Prior experience operating an automatic screen-printing press, DTG machine, or embroidery machine is preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.

HOURS: Monday-Thursday, 3:00pm to Midnight, Friday 3:00-7:00pm

As a screen room operator - 2nd shift, you will be making our customer's artwork come alive by producing screen printed garments in a highly efficient production environment.

• Effectively interpret work orders and job aids to ensure accurate execution of job responsibilities.
• Daily reclaiming, shooting, coating, taping and blocking all screens as needed in production.
• Run the reclaim machine, screen coater, or I Image machines as trained.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Have great attention to detail.
• Comply with safety procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Keep an organized workflow for smooth and consistent output.
• Participate in training classes and actively seek professional development.
• Help out in other areas when needed and when time allows.

POSITION #4: Screen Print Production Stager - 2nd Shift

HOURS: Monday-Thursday 3pm-12am; Friday 3pm-7pm

We work with businesses and organizations of all kinds to provide them with personalized promotional products. As a screen print production stager - 2nd shift, you help make the 4imprint brand come alive by supplying the embroidery machines with raw product, which are turned into customers' orders.

Here's what a typical day might look like. (These are the essential functions of the job.)

Other duties may be assigned.

• Demonstrate the eight core principles that guide every 4imprint teammate on a daily basis: Honesty, Curiosity, Collaboration, Flexibility, Accountability, Empathy, Positive Attitude, Humility.
• Effectively interpret work orders and job aids to ensure accurate execution of job responsibilities.
• Ensure all machines have enough non-screen printed product and screens to avoid delays.
• Use RF scanners to manage and ensure inventory accuracy and track orders.
• Pull orders from the staging area to put by the machines.
• Track down orders which may need updating.
• Participate in training classes and actively seek professional development.
• Help out in other areas when needed and when time allows.
