Job Summary

At SuperATV we are working to WOW our customers with innovative, race-tested products and world-class customer service. Currently, we have an opportunity for anOutside Sales Representativeto drive outside sales in the South Georgia/North Florida region. This critical role will help continue SuperATV's growth and impact in the off-roading industry.

Primary Duties

  • Define the markets and new customers in the assigned sales territory.
  • Plan strategy and develop key relationships to ensure strong foundation for solution selling.
  • Use your sales expertise, product knowledge and best-in-class customer service to sell our incredible products and meet customers' needs.
  • Meeting our customers where they are, whether that means traveling to their place of business or creating meaningful connections through excellent communication, strategic thinking and personalized sales interactions.
  • Own the territory and increase sales in the South Georgia/North Florida territory.
  • Continue building and maintaining relationships with our existing dealers butalso prospect and find new dealers and build new relationships.
  • Serve as the main contact to those specific dealers.
  • Identify and grow opportunities within territory.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics.

Qualifications

  • Qualified candidates will have experience with account management, will be customer service oriented, having excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, problem solving, and analytical skills are critical.
  • Travel is required and will be 80% of time.

Education / Experience

  • A degree in a related field, and two years of previous sales experience in the powersports industry, is highly preferred.
