Position Summary The House Monitor for the Booth Home Senior Bridge Housing program provides general oversight of residents and rooms, assists with checks-in and discharges of residents, and evaluates and reports on resident's condition to the Program Coordinator. The House Monitor is also responsible for assisting in the completion of documentation and tracking resident's progress upon discharge and follow-ups. The Booth House Senior Bridge Housing program houses 15 male and female clients with mental health diagnosis. The workdays are Saturday and Sunday 7 am - 3 pm. Essential Functions
Working Conditions Ability to walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel and twist on an intermittent or sometimes continuous basis. Ability to grasp, push, pull objects such as files, file cabinet drawers, and reach overhead. Ability to operate computer, fax and telephone. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Minimum Qualifications

Education
High School or Equivalent (preferred)
Experience
First Aid & Food Handler Certification (required)
bilingual English/Spanish preferred. (preferred) A.A. or B.A. /B.S. highly preferred. (preferred) Licenses & Certifications

Driver's License (required) Skills
