Global Demand Generation Manager, SSG

Lenovo's Services and Solutions group (SSG) is seeking a Global Demand Generation Manager, who will be responsible for transforming Lenovo's business and shaping the future of the company. We are looking for a highly motivated, results-driven global B2B marketer with a proven track record of driving demand from strategy to activation. This opportunity is ideal for someone who has worked in a large corporation with various stakeholders and who knows how to run growth campaigns. In conjunction with our campaigns manager, this person will be responsible for designing and executing strategies that drive lead generation, pipeline development, and revenue growth. In this role, you will lead the demand generation efforts, overseeing all aspects of campaign development, performance tracking, and optimizing the buyer's journey. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of marketing automation, inbound and outbound marketing strategies, and experience working in a fast-paced environment. This role is designed to be a part of Lenovo's evolution into a world-leading technology solutions & services company.

The location of this role can be flexible, but preferred to be in Raleigh/Durham, NC in the U.S.

She/he will be at the forefront of new company-wide initiatives to transform Lenovo's demand generation process. It is a fast moving, challenging but very rewarding working environment.

What You'll Do:

• • Account-Based Marketing Strategy: Work alongside our Geo marketing teams to develop and implement a comprehensive ABM strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives. Identify target accounts, segment them, and create tailored marketing campaigns to engage and convert key stakeholders within these accounts.

  • Demand Generation Programs: Work alongside our Geo marketing teams to plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel demand generation programs to generate leads and increase engagement. Utilize inbound and outbound marketing tactics, including email marketing, content marketing, webinars, events, social media, and digital advertising.

  • Content Creation and Messaging: Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling content and messaging that resonates with target accounts. Ensure content aligns with ABM strategies and supports various stages of the buyer's journey.
  • Lead Generation and Nurturing: Help Geo's build and manage effective lead generation campaigns to attract and capture qualified leads. Implement lead nurturing programs to progress leads through the sales funnel and maximize conversion rates.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance, measure KPIs, and generate reports. Identify trends, optimize campaigns based on data insights, and regularly update stakeholders on the effectiveness of demand generation initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Geo sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives, support account-specific initiatives, and ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads. Collaborate with the product team to gain a deep understanding of our products and effectively communicate its value to target accounts.

  • Marketing Technology Stack: Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing technologies, tools, and trends. Leverage marketing automation, CRM, and other relevant platforms to streamline demand generation activities and enhance lead management processes.

Position Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in demand generation, ideally in the technology services space.
• Proven track record of developing and executing data-driven strategies that result in measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
• Experience with digital marketing channels and employing tactics across paid advertising, social, content marketing, and email marketing.
• Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles and how to tailor demand gen efforts to meet specific stages of the funnel.
• Highly organized, strong attention to detail, and outstanding time management skills.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Digital Marketing Tools, & More.
