Remote/Work From Home Available
Responsibilities Under general supervision: Primary responsibilities are to provide technical support to Grow Financial Federal Credit Union employees in the areas of desktop operating systems including Windows 10 and 11 as well as various Microsoft Office applications. Mac OSX experience a plus. Supporting access to the core Symitar system. Performs hardware troubleshooting on end user equipment either in person or via remote connection. This position requires rotating on call duties. Answer phone lines for IT support as needed. Creates and works user issue tickets. Operates various computer equipment, including PC workstations, servers, and various printers. Qualifications Required Skills & Experience
