AESC is looking to add a Director of Sales to our Energy Storage Systems team in Smyrna, TN, Murfreesboro, TN, Bowling Green, KY or Florence, SC.

AESC's Tennessee gigafactory in Smyrna, which has been operational since 2012, produces batteries for Nissan. The Kentucky gigafactory in Bowling Green will supply Mercedes-Benz with high-performance battery cell modules. The South Carolina gigafactory in Florence will supply technology-leading battery cells for new electric models produced in BMW Group's Spartanburg plant. About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Sales for Energy Storage Systems (ESS) to lead and expand our business in the energy sector. The Sales Director will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing customer relationships, and developing strategies to increase market share for our energy storage products. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the energy storage industry, strong leadership skills, and the ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams. This Director of Sales role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of the energy storage industry, a passion for innovation in sustainable energy, and proven sales leadership experience.
