Reporting to: Team Lead/Supervisor - Operations
Pay Rate: $16.10 an hour
Role Description: The Accountable Mail Coordinator is a critical part of our team, responsible for efficiently handling and coordinating mail within a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
* Identify and sort mail according to guidelines.
* Perform data entry.
* Complete tasks in accordance with metric guidelines.
* Maintain high level of quality production, meeting hourly KPI's.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

Education
* High school diploma or equivalent required
Work Experience
* 1-2 years of data processing or computer experience preferred
Competencies & Skills
* Familiarity with mail sort processes
* Ability to work in a volume driven, fast-paced environment
* Basic computer literacy
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality
* Excellent attention to detail
* Ability to work independently with limited supervision
* Ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task
Additional Qualifications
* Ability to work the hours necessary to satisfy the production requirements, with the possibility of overtime, evenings and weekends
* Ability to download 2-factor authentication application(s) on personal device, in accordance with company and/or client requirements
* Ability to pass the required pre-employment background investigation, including but not limited to, criminal history, work authorization verification and drug test
