We are currently hiring a Human Resources Generalist to join our team! In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide support for a variety of HR projects and initiatives related to the employment lifecycle. In conjunction with members of Rho's Employee Experience team and business unit representatives, you will support areas such as benefits administration, onboarding and offboarding, leave/accommodation requests, data analytics, employee relations and HR compliance. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining effective working relationships throughout Rho and with key external contacts. Responsibilities
In conjunction with the Head of HR Operations, manage the administration of benefits by responding to benefits inquiries, supporting annual renewals, facilitating annual Open Enrollment and completing compliance requirements.
