Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA Manager to join our team in Odessa, TX. As the QA Manager, you will be responsible for leading our quality assurance efforts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality reports, and driving continuous improvement in our QA processes.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies and methodologies
  • Lead and mentor a team of QA professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality standards and testing requirements
  • Oversee the creation and execution of monitoring reports
  • Manage defect tracking and resolution processes, ensuring timely closure of issues
  • Implement and maintain QA metrics to monitor team performance and customer servicequality
  • Drive the adoption of best practices in quality assurance
  • Participate in project planning and risk assessment activities
  • Continuously evaluate and improve QA processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Stay up-to-date with Texas Workforce Commissionupdates to the Child Care Guide and ensure Team compliance
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of experience in QA management, with a proven track record of leading QA teams
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, test planning, and execution
  • Expertise in defect tracking and management systems
  • Proficiency in computer knowledge (Word, Excel)
  • Excellent project management skills with experience in case management
  • Strong writing skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience with performance testingis a plus
