Under the general direction from the Director of Academic Achievement Services, the Assistant Supplemental Instruction (SI) Coordinator will support the SI professional staff in the management and operations of the SI program. The Assistant SI Coordinator will assist in managing the day-to-day operation of the SI program including, but not limited to, administrative support, SI leader program development, and supporting the SI Coordinator with any daily tasks as needed. The Assistant SI Coordinator will also serve as a liaison for SI at campus events, as well as assist in any outreach for the program. The Assistant SI Coordinator will be responsible for cooperating with the SI team in the development of the SI Leaders and program administration, which includes performing observations, meeting with SI Leaders individually to discuss performance and growth opportunities, developing leader training materials, supporting the SI team and attendance and data management, and other duties as assigned.
Pay Transparency Act Annual Full Pay Range: $58,600 - $100,800 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%) Hourly Equivalent: $28.07 - $48.28 Factors in determining the appropriate compensation for a role include experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The Hiring Pay Scale referenced in the job posting is the budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position. The Annual Full Pay Range may be broader than what the University anticipates to pay for this position, based on internal equity, budget, and collective bargaining agreements (when applicable).
