What You'll Do Prepare fabrication lists for highway structures for rebar reinforcement within the requirements of the engineering design and drawings. Occasionally drafting of complex areas to assist in listing of material. Maintain communication with the CMC Highway project manager for delivery schedules, RFI's, change orders and attend planning meetings if needed. Project Managers will communicate with the customer for most situations, however some email/phone communication maybe required. Ensure that your work area is clean, secure, and well maintained Participate in CMC Safety culture and training on a regular basis. Be a part of a great team of individuals and grow your career. What You'll Need Ability to review and interpret contract documents for TxDot jobs. Experience with CAD/aSa/Tekla platforms is beneficial. Ability to use critical thinking skills to solve unique problems Ability to use MS Excel & MS Outlook High level of attention to detail and focus. Commitment to accuracy. Ability to work independently and manage your time efficiently Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
