TEKsystems is seeking a highly skilled IT Product and Support Manager with a strong background in cloud solutions, mobile product, and business application support, as well as experience in AI application, data visualization and analysis tools. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between IT and business to drive strategic decisions through technological solutions and data insights. Hotel technology experience is a strong plus. Translate business needs into technical specifications for developers or vendors. Facilitate workshops to elicit requirements or to validate solutions with stakeholders. * Cloud Solutions: Have comprehensive and deep understanding of AWS cloud native architecture, such as event driven asynchronous architecture and advance security. Leverage AWS for data storage, analysis, and to support business intelligence operations. Implement and manage AWS services like RDS, Redshift, or S3 for data warehousing and management. * Project Management: Lead or support IT projects, ensuring they meet business requirements and are delivered on time and within budget. Work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to implement solutions. Work closely with offshore technical vendors to develop and support the technical product and solutions. * Application Support: Provide support for business applications, diagnosing problems, and proposing solutions to enhance functionality and user experience. Manage application setup for new employees and customers Monitor service desk for application tickets and assign to appropriate resources on a prioritized first-in first-out basis Train end-users on new features or updated systems and tools. * Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to gather feedback and report on project statuses. Present findings and recommendations to senior management and business leaders. * Data Management and Reporting: Manage data integrity in SQL Server, ensuring data accuracy and availability. Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data for analysis.
