Responsibilities * The main duties include designing plans to meet personal sales targets, developing and cultivating relationships with customers, and driving new sales for the Aftermarket organization to meet annual revenue and sales targets * Each month report to the Director of Sales with results and respond to feedback on adjustments and improvements to their current sales target strategies * Develop and execute plans to achieve sales targets * Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with Trident sales professionals and their customers to better understand their business objectives and needs * Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes * Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals * Report on forces that shift strategic directions of accounts and tactical budgets *Skills* Sales, plumbing, hvac, plumbing/fire protection, fire protection *Top Skills Details* Sales *Additional Skills & Qualifications* * Excellent written and verbal communications skills * Proven ability to drive the sales process from start to finish * Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills * Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of services and products * Knowledge of how to develop client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions * Understanding of how to position products against competitors *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $82000.00 Benefits * 401(k) * Medical, Dental, and Vision * Life Insurance * Paid Time Off * Paid Training * Competitive Compensation *Workplace Type* This is a hybrid position in Fairfax,VA. *Application Deadline* This position will be accepting applications until Jan 17, 2025.
