JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Develop and execute communication strategies for various audiences.
* Handle media inquiries and create marketing materials.
* Manage community engagement and stakeholder relations.
* Prepare employees for internal and external events and communication requests.
* Create internal communication materials (newsletters, presentations, flyers).
* Develop and implement a comprehensive tour program for the Marana Innovation Center.
* Responsible for designing engaging tour routes, creating informative materials, and establishing processes for scheduling and managing visits.
* Oversee all aspects of site tours, including:
* Coordinating with stakeholders to understand their needs and interests.
* Managing logistics such as scheduling, transportation, and site accessibility.
* Providing expert on-site coordination to ensure a smooth and informative experience.
* Ensure the safety and security of all visitors by enforcing site safety policies and providing clear instructions and guidelines.
* Create graphics and other visual materials for internal and external use.
* Provide administrative support as needed.
* Track stakeholder interactions.
* Assist with coordinating meetings and events.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, or a related field.
* 1-3 years of experience in communications (agency or corporate preferred).
* Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong project management and organizational skills.
* Proficient in computer skills and relevant software.
* Results-oriented and adaptable.
