Join our team as a Chemical Process Engineer, leading technical & production support, process & product development, and optimization of Aerospace and Industrial gas turbine components. Lead projects to produce new repairs and processes; utilizing Lean tools and methodologies to positively impact the business metrics.

This role is not available for new/future sponsorship, transfer, or renewal of nonimmigrant work visas.

Responsibilities:




  • Create and refine repair processes for turbine, compressor, and combustor components.
  • Enhance processes and product designs using lean methodologies.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators.
  • Balance technical, budgetary, and schedule requirements to complete projects.
  • Work with a multi-disciplinary team to meet cost, performance, and durability goals.
  • Partner with engineers to improve operational and financial performance.
  • Assist in technical decision-making and provide clear definitions.
  • Oversee assigned components and chemical processing.
  • Improve tooling and equipment, troubleshoot issues, and ensure sustainability.
  • Prepare technical reports and present to customers.



Education & Experience:



  • BS Engineering in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering is preferred; combined relevant industry experience is accepted.


  • 3+ years of engineering experience in Aerospace or Industrial gas turbine engine engineering (design, manufacture, or repair).
  • Knowledge of measuring techniques (CMM, white-light/laser scanning, gages).
  • Proficiency in CAD software (NX preferred).
  • Working knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques, Continuous Improvement, and Six Sigma methodology.
  • Ability to work well with everchanging priorities and or situations.
  • Thoughtful and effective communications skills.
