We are currently looking to fill the position of Staff Assessor and Manager of Accreditation with an individual who possesses a strong technical background in management systems standards and an understanding and versatility in the background, structure, policies, and procedures of accreditation or accredited certification programs. ANAB operates multiple accreditation programs across a wide range of management systems standards and programs. This position will have a significant role and direct impact on the assessment and accreditation activities of the ANAB-accredited certification bodies. This position can be based out of any ANAB location. Additionally, ANAB has a telecommuting and work-from-home policy. This position may be eligible for such an arrangement. Overnight travel is required, including both domestic and international travel. The responsibilities of this role will include both managing accreditation programs, customers and actively conducting accreditation assessments of certification bodies to multiple international standards. Starting compensation will be in the $76,800 to $95,900 range, depending on location, education, experience, and other qualifications.
