Our staff receive hands-on training at many nationally recognized hospitals so they can become experts in the DBS procedure.

At SpecialtyCare, you can convert neurophysiology skills developed in the lab into clinical skills that improve the lives of patients. DBS neurophysiologists use electrode recording and stimulation techniques to map deep structures of the brain in awake patients to help guide surgeons to the optimal location for DBS lead implantation. At SpecialtyCare you will be able to share your acquired expertise with colleagues and customers, all while providing safer surgery and more effective outcomes for patients.

Our DBS neurophysiologists are the most experienced in the industry. In the DBS Neurophysiologist role you will perform DBS cases at local and out of state hospitals. This role will require overnight travel 1-3 times per week.

Position Requirements

Doctoral Degree in a neuroscience related discipline required; Preference given to those with in vivo neurophysiology backgrounds.
