IFM Custodian Job ID JR101615 Date posted 01/17/2025 Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: * Requires a High School diploma, GED, or higher. * Must have commercial carpet cleaning experience. * Must have the ability to operate commercial cleaning machines. Preferred: * Experience with team cleaning. * Experience with green chemicals. Other Requirements: * Ability to climb portable ladders. * Ability to use a vacuum backpack. * Must be able to complete all required training within the 3 months' probation period. The salary per hour is $26.47.
