Pay: $37 - $40 per hour (based on experience) Schedule: Monday - Friday Sign-On Bonus: $1,500 As an HVAC Technician, you'll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in commercial properties, ensuring efficiency and reliability while delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: Inspect, diagnose, and maintain HVAC systems for peak performance Troubleshoot and repair HVAC issues, replacing components as needed Conduct system testing to ensure proper functionality and efficiency Respond promptly and professionally to emergency service requests Accurately document service and repair activities Communicate effectively with clients, providing top-notch customer service Work independently and collaborate with the team as necessary Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 3 years of HVAC and general maintenance experience, including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry EPA Universal HVAC Certification Valid driver's license Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail Excellent communication and customer service skills Proficient with computers and software for documentation Our partner company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional development.
