As an HVAC Technician, you'll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in commercial properties, ensuring efficiency and reliability while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:



  • Inspect, diagnose, and maintain HVAC systems for peak performance
  • Troubleshoot and repair HVAC issues, replacing components as needed
  • Conduct system testing to ensure proper functionality and efficiency
  • Respond promptly and professionally to emergency service requests
  • Accurately document service and repair activities
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing top-notch customer service
  • Work independently and collaborate with the team as necessary


Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of HVAC and general maintenance experience, including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry
  • EPA Universal HVAC Certification
  • Valid driver's license
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficient with computers and software for documentation
