Florida Crystals is a leading domestic sugar producer and North America's first fully integrated cane sugar company, guiding our sugar from farm to table. OVERVIEW:

The recepitonist will be responsible for welcoming, greeting and directing visitiors in person or via telephone in aperfossionalmanner, along with data processing and record-keeping.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answering phone calls and responding appropriately to the caller's needs
• Notifying appropriate people that a visitor has arrived to see them
• Assist administrator in issuing reports, faxing, copying and filing
• Support Regional Sales Managers by mailing material to clients as well as shipping materials and sales goods for trade shows
• Preparing the mail containing checks for vendors
• Prepare reports for closing end of the month financials
• Assist with completion of necessary ad-hoc reports as requested
• Distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail
• Order office supplies and send Fedex Packages
• Scan checks to system APCHECKS
• Check and process Expense Reports for sales managers
• Bilingual English-Spanish
• Basic MS Excel skills
