Primary Responsibilities:



  • Facilitate regular customer connections with assigned business user groups (functional areas) within Corporate Security to establish credibility and drive engagement and adoption
  • Focus on customer priorities, identify new ideas
  • Manage messages with customer and incorporate their feedback appropriately
  • Follow business trends and anticipate needs across represented business user groups; learn about segments' businesses
  • Collaborate with other capability managers and product owners to ensure common, enterprise understanding of business needs, requirements and acceptance criteria
  • Recommend, prepare and maintain status updates across all focused projects
  • Research customer-reported issues and assist with resolution of knowledge/training inquiries related to query development
  • Contribute to prioritization of items within the individual product backlogs to ensure representation across all supported teams
  • Promote data integrity, controls, compliance, and auditability for the data warehouse and its constituents
  • Develop broad knowledge of all systems across the Corporate Security landscape

Required Qualifications:



  • 3+ years of experience in Project Management
  • 3+ years of experience and proficiency with PC based software programs such as Microsoft Project, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • 3+ years of experience collaborating and working with multiple stakeholders
  • 3+ years of leading and facilitating large sized projects
  • Experience handling multiple priorities such as ticket resolution, QA testing, customer requirements, problem solving
  • Legally authorized to work in the US without any restrictions. Proof will be required



Preferred Qualification:



  • Bachelor's degree

The salary range for this role is $89,800 to $176,700 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
