Responsibilities

The Senior Manager, Digital Marketing will lead all digital marketing efforts driving strategy and execution across the digital landscape. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong B2B expertise in website management, SEO, social media, email, CRM integration and lead generation. The ideal candidate will drive our digital presence, optimize customer engagement and acquisition strategies and enhance brand visibility through innovative digital experiences that achieve business unit objectives. This role will lead a team that serves as a Center of Excellence, delivering enterprise tools, best practices, execution and direct support that will be leveraged by the business units to implement their marketing strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES

    Develop and implement cohesive digital marketing strategies that align with brand and business unit objectives and deliver a best in class experience throughout the customer journey
  • Deliver clear and compelling personalized brand experiences across the digital landscape, attracting and engaging target audiences and cultivating long-term customer relationships
  • Collaborate with business unit product and marketing teams to develop digital strategies and initiatives that align with business objectives
  • Oversee the design, functionality, and UX of company websites to ensure a seamless user experience and optimal conversion rates
  • Manage SEO initiatives to improve organic search rankings and oversee SEM campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions
  • Develop and execute inbound marketing strategy that delivers highly qualified marketing leads to the businesses
  • Partner with Content & Communications team and business units to build and execute digital media strategy
  • Increase use of A/B testing to improve campaign performance and build overall testing mindset across the marketing team
  • Set key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital campaigns and analyze performance metrics across channels and tactics to optimize campaigns and creative to maximize marketing efficiency
  • Develop insightful dashboards that effectively communicate marketing performance
  • Provide regular updates on digital marketing performance, insights, and optimizations to senior leadership
  • Manage the digital marketing budget and tech stack, ensuring effective allocation, utilization and optimization
  • Lead and develop team of digital specialists


Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Four-year college degree in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration and 5+ years of progressive experience in B2B digital marketing with a focus on website management, email marketing, social media and SEO/SEM
  • Proven track record of driving cross-functional collaboration and delivering successful digital marketing strategies and strong marketing qualified leads
  • Strong technical expertise including experience with Adobe tech stack: CMS, CRM, Analytics, E-Commerce as well as social media management platforms and SEO/SEM tools
  • Experience with ABM platforms preferred
  • Prior experience in B2B businesses selling through distribution, manufacturer's reps and/or a direct sales force. Some experience also selling through retail is a plus.
  • Management experience strongly preferred

  • A hands on, thoughtful & collaborative leader committed to working cross-functionally to achieve excellent results
  • Strong analytical abilities with experience in data-driven decision making and proficiency in analyzing marketing metrics and KPIs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively present ideas, influence stakeholders, and build strong relationships internally and externally
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, innovate, and execute digital marketing initiatives that drive business growth and achieve measurable results

The expected annual salary for this position is between $123,257.00 and $166,092.00 and will be eligible for incentive pay. This range represents a good faith estimate for the position and actual compensation will be based on numerous factors including knowledge, location, skills, training and experience.
