This role will support the Associate Listening team as a survey and data analysis expert by implementing employee listening programs, providing advanced analytical insights to enhance the associate experience, creating compelling data visuals and actionable storylines that are aligned with our business strategy, and serve as a trusted thought partner across the broader HR and company landscape.

The ideal candidate will be data savvy with strong analytical skills, able to independently manage deliverables, proactive problem solver, flexible and can adapt to change, collaborative, attentive to details, and has a desire to continuously learn and offer new ideas.

In this role, you will:

  • Design, implement, and administer listening programs, including surveys, focus groups, and other feedback mechanisms.
  • Manage the enterprise listening platform which includes configuring surveys and dashboards, add/remove users in accordance with data governance, administer surveys, build workflows and automations, update language taxonomies, and provide trouble shooting support
  • Conduct advanced data analysis on associate feedback using statistical software, data visualization tools, and programming languages such as R, Python, SQL, etc.
  • Continuously monitor survey results across the employee lifecycle to identify trends, patterns, and insights, as well as flag data quality (integrity, accuracy, and security).
  • Develop compelling reports and presentations that effectively communicate listening insights to various stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with associate experience and analytics peers to appropriately scope and propose listening solutions
  • Partner with teams across the broader Talent Management and HR organization to integrate associate feedback into talent programs and initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging themes in the employee listening domain, identifying opportunities to introduce new perspectives, enhance product offerings and maximize impact.

What you bring:

  • Experience leveraging best practices in survey design and sampling methods to translate business needs into survey content that yield actionable results
  • Technical proficiency in configuring surveys, workflows, and dashboards in the survey platform. Experience with the Qualtrics XM platform or similar employee listening suites required.
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills in managing survey data (e.g., cleaning, weighting, recoding, and aggregating), common statistical analyses (correlation, regression, logistic regression, ANOVA, etc.) and advanced analytical techniques (factor analysis, structural equation modeling, hierarchical linear modeling, longitudinal regression, etc.).
  • Expertise in statistical software programs and data visualization tools (e.g. R, SPSS, Power BI, Excel, Python, etc.) is required. Experience with Workday HRIS and ChatGPT is preferred.
  • Ability to identify emerging themes from data and translate them into clear, concise, and impactful narratives
  • Proven experience in creating compelling executive presentations, reports, and data visualizations
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data analysis and reporting
  • Able to independently plan work and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Comfortable working collaboratively in a team environment and establishing report with stakeholders
  • Able to adapt to changes in business priorities where required
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for learning and sharing ideas

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in employee listening, data analytics, consulting, or business analyst required, HR experience strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in I/O Psychology, Business, Statistics, Decision Science, Applied Math, Econometrics, Behavioral Science or other quantitative field. Masters or PhD preferred.

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 76,000 USD - 107,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
