Job Title: Onboarding Compliance Specialist
Job Description Oversee and manage compliance aspects of the onboarding process, including background checks, I-9 verification, and other pre-employment screenings. Ensure all new hires complete necessary compliance training and understand company policies and procedures. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all compliance-related activities during the onboarding process. Serve as the primary point of contact for compliance-related inquiries from new hires and internal stakeholders. Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure all onboarding documentation is complete and compliant with legal requirements. Conduct regular audits of onboarding processes to identify and address any compliance issues. Develop and implement compliance training programs for new employees. Provide support in investigating and resolving compliance issues related to the onboarding process. Essential Skills * Data gathering * Quality assurance * Experience with spreadsheets * Experience with onboarding and I-9 verification * New hire training * Experience with Workday * 2+ years of administrative experience * Proficiency in Microsoft Suites, SharePoint, TEAMS Additional Skills & Qualifications * Experience with ICIMS * Excellent organizational and time management skills * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
