JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Enterprise Member Management Batch Team, focusing on back-end development to maintain and modernize our Member Management Experience while driving the next generation of Delta Dental's Digital Experience. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain scalable enterprise applications, write high-quality and efficient code, and collaborate with product managers, architects, principal engineers, software engineers, test automation specialists, and DevOps engineers to deliver innovative solutions. You will leverage industry best practices to enhance system performance, scalability, and reliability, contributing to our ongoing modernization efforts. (This position offers a flexible hybrid working model, allowing significant remote work opportunities. Weekly in-office visits are required for team meetings, office celebrations, and specific project needs. Candidates residing near Rancho Cordova, CA are highly preferred.) RESPONSIBILITIES
QUALIFICATIONS
Base Pay Information The national base pay range at the end is a good-faith estimate of what Delta Dental may pay for new hires. Actual pay may vary based on Delta Dental's assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, certifications and ability to meet required minimum job qualifications.
