Learning Specialist

The Learning Specialist is responsible for supporting key learning and enablement initiatives as well as the operational efficiency of the Learning & Enablement Function.

This position reports to the Director, Learning & Enablement and will be located in either White Plains, NY or Louisville, CO.

Key Responsibilities:

Danone People Survey: own the deployment the Danone People Survey
• Collaborate with Global and Local Teams to roll out the Danone People Survey
• Support the preparation of Danone People Survey outcome reports
• Act as point of contact for Danone People Survey dashboard users
• Learning Systems Management: assume ownership of the learning management system in relation to its utility as a tool for meeting the strategic learning goals of the business
• Vendor Relationship Management: act as primary point of contact for learning vendors and Danone's learning operations
• Learning Calendar Management: manage the learning calendar of the business along with the logistics associated with calendar events
• Learning Operations Management: budget management and logistical support of Learning Managers

The base compensation range for this position is $77-110K. • You will have a bachelor's degree
• You will have minimum five years' experience in learning and development, corporate administrative support, training or equivalent
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and organization skills
• Demonstrated ability to partner collaboratively to execute projects
• Proactive approach to problem solving, with a strong ability to prioritize and deliver on multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• You will have experience managing internal & external stakeholders while driving for results
• You will be a proactive, results oriented, collaborator working in a fast-paced environment where how you deliver results is just as important as the results you deliver
• You will be located within daily commuting distance or willing to relocate to our White Plains, NY or Louisville, CO headquarters
