Accounting Clerk - Business License Coordinator

The Accounting Clerk - Business License Coordinator is responsible for:

• Obtaining data requested from third parties to file all licensing renewals on a timely basis and review upcoming license expirations to ensure third parties are meeting deadlines.
• Supporting Business Licensing and Accounting Coordinator to research and apply for licenses required for new stores.
• Completing EFT and check payments for license renewals and creating check requests for the accounting team.
• Reviewing and coding invoices relating to licenses, inspections, violation notices, etc. for approval.
• Assisting in audit requests including pulling invoice documentation and assisting with vendor ACH payment onboarding.
• Working collaboratively with other departments.

• Experience using SAP preferred.
• Experience researching and reconciling accounts accurately and completely.
• A high level of integrity and commitment to maintain confidentiality over sensitive data.
• Excellent attention to detail and is well organized.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs.
• Ability to be proactive and work independently.
• Desired quality 5.
