Job Number: R0212982 ServiceNow Test Manager The Opportunity: When a user tries new software, they expect it to be intuitive and run smoothly. Functionality, reliability, and user experience are key to successful software development-and that means rigorous testing. That's why we need you, a knowledgeable test engineer who knows how to thoroughly test software and work with developers to make sure our team releases the best software possible. As a test engineer on our team, you'll work with developers to evaluate software developed for a DoD organization. You'll develop comprehensive test plans and strategies for ServiceNow implementations, including defining test scope, objectives, and criteria for success based on user stories. You'll implement the test cases to observe how the software performs, collect and report quality metrics from test execution, then document the results and communicate defects to the development team so they can start improving the tool. You'll support the development team to troubleshoot or address issues with applications and test environments. You'll assist in training end users on system functionality and help in preparing user manuals and support materials. Join us. The world can't wait. You Have: 3+ years of experience in software development Experience with automation tools, such as ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) Experience with SDLC methodologies, such as Agile, Kanban and Scrum Experience with API testing, such as SOAP or REST Knowledge of testing techniques Knowledge of how to build reusable code in JavaScript, including writing comprehensive tests to ensure code coverage Ability to troubleshoot complex issues TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph Bachelor's degree ServiceNow Certified Systems Administration (CSA) certification Nice If You Have: Experience with ServiceNow APIs, business rules, client scripts, data imports, and custom applications Experience in ServiceNow Test Management, facilitating Test Management workshops, and developing and gaining business acceptance for Test Strategies Possession of excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills ITIL4 Certification ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
