About the Role In this role you will provide daily support to customer inquiries regarding Watlow products and/or services. This role is a key factor in our customer service experience and providing end to end support. You will be a member of the administrative team and work directly with the customer to solve complex problems while partnering with other team members in a collaborative environment. Your Key Responsibilities Receive inquiries and complaints regarding Watlow products and/or services. Investigate and resolve a variety of problems. Generate orders, create standard quotes, credits to bills/orders, etc. Review customer's websites for correspondence and confirm, change or cancel orders as needed. Champion activities with other internal departments to meet customer needs Track shipments, orders, reworks, etc. Qualifications High-school graduate/GED Preferred Two-year degree or Technical Certificate or related experience (1-5 years) Ability to fluently speak and write in English Benefits: The Watlow Total Compensation Plan The health, well-being and financial stability of you and your family is a high priority to us.
