Start with 3 weeks of vacation a year!The Solutions Manager supports the development, implementation, and ongoing operations of the 3rd Party Disposal initiative led by the Director, Solutions for the Reworld Solutions Team. Interfaces with the Reworld sales team and 3rd Party Disposal facilities as assigned. Supports the identification, research, auditing, and contracting of new 3rd Party disposal options with a keen focus on developing sustainable long-term alternatives. Balances reactive support of the sales team with proactive development of the Solutions program. Supports Reworld business optimization by evaluating opportunities for the best fit (WTE/MPF/3PD) to improve margin, transportation cost, and/or customer sustainability. Contributing member of the Material Management Team sharing unified goals to effectively build Reworld a virtual disposal network to complement our physical WTE and MPF networks, expand geographic coverage, services offered and be our customer's trusted advisor. Qualifications:
Must be willing to visit industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, and disposal facility settings. Wear proper PPE and walk flights of stairs at varying noise levels, heights, dirt, and temperature fluctuation. The annual salary for this position isbetween $90,000 and $100,000. This is a good-faith estimate of what we expect to pay for this position. The final salary will consider various factors, including experience, ability, and location.
