Responsibilities:


  • Lead HR technology initiatives, including planning, design, configuration, testing, and implementation of software solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements across HR systems, data integrations, and business workflows.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, map processes, and implement effective solutions.
  • Provide end-user support, troubleshoot system errors, and deliver training to improve user adoption and system utilization.
  • Manage system updates, perform audits, and ensure data integrity across the HR technology portfolio.
  • Develop and deliver complex reports and dashboards to meet organizational needs.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for HR systems, integrations, and cross-functional projects.
  • Drive innovation by recommending enhancements to existing systems or identifying new tools to align with evolving business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with security protocols and lead risk mitigation efforts within HR technology operations.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, HR, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 6-10 years of experience in HR technology, systems administration, or related roles.
  • Expertise with enterprise HR systems, preferably Oracle HCM Cloud or similar platforms.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, v-lookups, and data visualization tools.
  • Proven ability to analyze business needs and deliver solutions that align with organizational objectives.
  • Strong communication skills and experience presenting to senior leadership.
