We're seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join our Facilities & Services Team. You will play a pivotal role in managing property operations and shaping the physical landscape where our global community thrives. Your mission? To orchestrate the creation and maintenance of an exceptional workspace that mirrors our core values and unique corporate culture. This involves meticulous attention to detail across various facets. Through effective relationships and collaboration enterprise wide, you'll significantly contribute to the success of our workspace initiatives, fostering an environment where employees thrive. You'll be presented with dynamic challenges that require adept problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail, from strategic space planning to collaborating on interior renovations. Additionally, you'll be a key player in nurturing strong relationships with vendors, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery of services.

What you will do:

  • Cultivate relationships across all business units to understand their specific workspace needs and align them with our corporate culture and objectives.

  • Collaborate closely with the Facilities Manager on project implementations, providing invaluable support and insights.

  • Serve as a liaison with vendors, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery of services.

  • Drive capital projects and renovation work, overseeing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications.

  • Forge partnerships with furniture dealers to curate campus-wide solutions that enhance our workspace experience.

  • Maintain meticulous control over furniture inventory and streamline the move process through effective space management strategies.

  • Lead space planning efforts, ensuring compliance with codes, and optimizing furniture layouts for maximum efficiency and comfort.

  • Collaborate with our marketing team to integrate branded solutions seamlessly into our physical environment.

What we need from you:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in office management or workplace environments.

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience in workplace coordination.

  • Proven expertise in vendor management and project coordination, with a track record of successful project delivery.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, essential for building strong relationships and navigating complex projects.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a creative mindset to devise innovative solutions.

  • Proficiency in reading construction documents; experience with AutoCAD software and Sharepoint is a plus.

What we would like from you:

  • Experience project managing in a corporate setting or for an architecture firm, furniture dealership or equivalent.

  • Experience working with a diverse range of people including high levels of management and project teams.
