Job Title: Localization QA Specialist (Fully Onsite)

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Localization QA Specialist to lead localization efforts and ensure high-quality localized products are delivered on time across up to 40 languages. You will work closely with both local and international vendor testers, manage QA activities, track issues, and collaborate with internal teams to meet deadlines. This role involves creating QA plans, identifying and fixing bugs, and communicating status effectively to ensure a smooth localization process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage localization QA, including working with vendor testers.
• Develop and execute QA plans for multiple languages and platforms.
• Track and report bugs, ensuring timely resolution.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality localized products.
• Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and identify blockers.
• Proactively raise issues and communicate with relevant teams.
• Adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.

Key Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of localization workflows, software development, and QA.
• Experience with content management databases and localization tools.
• Proven experience in project management, testing, and bug tracking.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to deliver projects on time and maintain attention to detail.
• Proactive problem-solving and ability to prioritize tasks.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with iOS, macOS, and Apple products and services.
• Experience with Python and JavaScript scripting is a plus.
• Native-level fluency in one or more languages besides English.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in localization, QA, or a related field.
