Commercial Construction Disbursement Analyst I
This Construction Disbursement Analyst is responsible for facilitating the funding of commercial construction loans while ensuring compliance with loan documents, bank policy, procedures and applicable state and/or federal laws.

Position Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and determine appropriate funding distribution of all commercial and residential construction loan proceeds.
- Ensure compliance with loan documents, credit approval, bank policy, and applicable law.
Coordinate the activities of all parties involved in the construction draw process including borrower, contractor, relationship manager, inspector and title insurer. - Monitor for receipt of the required documents to complete the construction draw process, including proactive follow-up with 3rd parties.
- Inform various internal and external parties of pre-and post-closing requirements throughout the construction loan process.
- Prepare and distribute construction loan status reports and other pertinent information for the relationship managers', department management, and others involved in the construction process.
Position Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3 years of banking /finance experience or 3 years' construction disbursement experience.
- 1 year of Accounting experience using Excel
- 1 year of Customer Service experience
- 1 year of Microsoft Word and Outlook
Work Best Category: Category C - Days in the office will either be designated days or will vary week to week from 2-5 days
Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday

For candidates hired in the state of California, the expected salary/On-Target Earnings (OTE) range for the role is currently:
- California - $27.64 - $50.48 Hourly
