Overview

Successful candidate for this position must be able to perform material control and management functions for both Primary and Buffer locations. Functions will include but are not limited to:

Review and fill Material Move Tickets for Warehouse SW

Review and fill Pick Tickets for Warehouse TR
Receive and stage material from other sites
Package and ship material to other sites
Perform purchase order receipt and issue for purchased material
Review usage and manage coded stock inventory

Qualifications

Required:

High school diploma or GED
Must be able to be granted a security clearance within 1 year of onboarding
2+ years as a planner or material coordinator

Preferred:

Experience in shipyard production planning/warehouse operations
Previous material coordinator experience a plus

Skills

Computer skills including knowledge of MRPII, Electronic Desktop, ITS, and the Microsoft Office Suite
Good organizational skills and an attention to detail
Good written and verbal communication skills
Able to obtain a forklift license
