Pay: $20.00/hr - $21.00/hr

1st Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Requirements: A High School Diploma or GED is required, along with previous call center and customer service experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. Being bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, as is previous experience as a customer service representative.

Job Duties: As a Customer Service Representative, your daily duties will include communicating with customers via email and inbound calls, identifying opportunities to build and maintain long-term relationships with our valued clientele, and assisting customers with inquiries related to shipping, billing, and delivery. You'll also collaborate with other internal departments to resolve issues and develop customer-focused solutions.

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
