In this essential role, you'll manage driver check-ins/outs, oversee shipping and receiving operations, and help ensure the smooth flow of shipments. Responsibilities: Manage gate operations and assist with driver check-ins/outs Oversee shipping and receiving operations to ensure accuracy Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) effectively Handle a large volume of multitasking tasks and high expectations for shipping, receiving, and administrative duties Perform billing and documentation tasks as needed Use Outlook, Excel, and Word for communication and reporting Leverage 3PL and/or distribution experience to enhance workflow Requirements: Shipping and receiving experience required Proficiency with WMS Experience with Outlook, Excel, and Word 3PL and/or distribution experience preferred Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus Ability to multitask and thrive under high expectations in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Ready to take on a role that challenges you and offers growth opportunities?
