Pay: Starting at $70,000

Shift: Monday - Thursday (onsite), Friday (remote)

As a Human Resource Business Partner, you will be a strategic advisor, overseeing HR functions for a designated client group. Your responsibilities will include employee relations, compliance, performance management, and benefits administration. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will drive organizational goals with effective HR strategies and initiatives.

Responsibilities:



  • Provide guidance on HR matters and ensure compliance with legal requirements
  • Lead performance management and employee development programs
  • Manage benefits, compensation, and HRIS administration
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and policy development
  • Promote a positive workplace culture through training and engagement initiatives




Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Relations, Human Resources, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on HR experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual in Spanish (fluent in both spoken and written)
