Job Title: Customer Service Representative I What You'll Do: Provide frontline support to customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Functions: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner Identify and assess customer needs, providing accurate and helpful information or solutions Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently Troubleshoot product or service issues and provide appropriate resolutions or escalate complex issues to higher levels of support Maintain customer records and documentation accurately in the system Follow up with customers to ensure resolution of issues and satisfaction with the resolution Stay updated on product features, pricing, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to address customer inquiries |
