opportunity with Yoh's client located in Phoenix, AZ.

The Big Picture - Top Skills Should You Possess:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One (1) to two (2) years of experience as a Debt Collector, preferably from the banking industry but open to others.
• Pay Rate: $20 - $22/hr ($0.50 raise after 90 days; $0.50 raise at 180 days)
• Open to one of two shifts
  • Morning schedule: Mon-Thurs 8am-5:30pm & Saturday 8am-5:30pm. Off Fridays & Sundays.
  • Night Schedule: Mon-Thurs 1:30pm-10pm & Friday 9am-5:30pm. Off Saturdays & Sundays.
  
  
  
  

What You'll Be Doing:

• The Member Debt Representative is responsible for handling delinquencies of member payments up to 1-200 days.
• Negotiating payment arrangements to minimize loss to the organization.
• Completes required account verification, account maintenance, and documents all contact and collection attempts.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One (1) to two (2) years of experience as a Debt Collector, preferably from the banking industry but open to others.
• Must be sharp and able to handle tough conversations and come up with solutions such as payment plans or dates of when they the USAA member can pay.
