Employee Onboarding Specialist
needed for a hybrid contract
opportunity with Yoh's client located in Redmond, WA.

The Big Picture - Top Skills Should You Possess:


  • High school degree or equivalent
  • 2 years' experience in onboarding, HR coordination, or facilities management
  • Paying $29 per hour


What You'll Be Doing:

  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for supplier staff supporting, including scheduling orientation sessions and coordinating the required documentation.
  • Ensure all onboarding requests, including documentation and access approvals, are processed within a 24-hour turnaround time.
  • Work closely with the People team, and relevant teams to ensure smooth transition for new supplier employees onto the campus.
  • Ensure supplier staff are granted the necessary building access and security clearance in compliance with campus access protocols.
  • Coordinate with Vendor management teams and ensure all access permissions are processed and updated as required.


What You Need to Bring to the Table:

  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • 2 years' experience in onboarding, HR coordination, or facilities management
