Code/Permitting SME

Hill International is seeking a Code/Permitting SME in Cleaveland, Ohio

• Responsible for the coordination between design professionals and regulatory bodies at all local, state and Federal level to ensure that the improvements are designed and built in compliance with all applicable codes and laws.
• Where required, this position will require the development of waivers and/or variants to ensure that the project requirements are met meeting the intent of the regulatory setting.

• BS in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Master's degree preferred.
• Optional Certifications may include AAAE, LEED, PMP, PE, and/or any other relevant Professional Licensure or Certification.
• 10 years or more Construction Management experience, preferably on airport or Cleveland based projects.
• Must be local to Cleveland, OH or willing to relocate
