Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis, Senior Manager

Key Role:

Lead a team of six finance professionals supporting Booz Allen's financial reporting, analytics, and demand planning activities. Maintain relationships of trust with Finance VP, Sector Finance Leads, People Services, IT, and other key stakeholders. Lead monthly and quarterly reporting on labor, financial and demand metrics, in addition to ad hoc analysis and reporting. Proactively identify trends, flag risks, and perform variance analysis. Collaborate with key parties across the business and corporate to incorporate all relevant information into the analysis. Compile presentations to provide business leaders with the information they need to effectively manage the business and insights to enable financial value creation. Support quarterly earnings story review, Q&A development, and guidance analysis. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in corporate finance, or financial planning and analysis

  • Experience in government contracting

  • Experience analyzing trends and briefing key takeaways to senior stakeholders

  • Experience with overseeing modeling and reporting, and teaching junior staff

  • Experience leading teams and organizations

  • Ability to communicate financial information both verbally and visually, such as compiling Excel outputs and PowerPoint presentations to convey financial insights or trends

  • Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with Costpoint, Tableau, Deltek, and SmartView

  • Master's degree in Business Administration

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $122,200.00 to $227,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
