The Opportunity: The Opportunity: Patient Care Associate - Danvers
Why This Role Is Important? Under the direction of a registered nurse (RN), the Patient Care Associate (PCA) assists the multi-disciplinary health care team in clinical support functions to promote a safe, compassionate patient care environment. PCA assists patients with daily living needs, supervising & reading vital signs, drawing blood, and obtaining EKGs. Responds to patient requests in a timely manner, safeguarding patient confidentiality, monitoring patient safety, and always communicating in a respectful manner.
Schedule Day (7am-3pm / 7am-7pm) Evening (3pm-11pm) Night (7pm-7am, 11pm-7a) Rotational holiday and weekend schedule What do we have to offer?
