Full Time 2nd and 3rd shift Cove Forge is known for offering an individualized treatment experience for all the men and women who entrust us with their care. With treatment options that include detox, in-patient non-hospital residential care, partial hospitalization programming, a dual diagnosis program, and thorough aftercare and discharge planning, Cove Forge provides a comprehensive continuum of care for chemical dependence and mental health conditions. Cove Forge offers multiple levels of care for men and women struggling with addiction. Cove Forge is currently hiring LPNs to provide patient care in a supportive and therapeutic environment. Qualified LPN applicantsshould possess: Current LPN License in PA Basic Computer Skills Pleasant attitude Benefits: Comprehensive Benefit Package Paid Time Off 401K+Match Paid Holidays Shift and Weekend Differential Primary responsibilities include: Provide and coordinate care by assessing physical and behavioral health needs of patients on an ongoing basis. Apply appropriate interventions to progress the patient towards wellness and address maintenance of wellness, maintaining record of patient health. Discuss the care provided with patient and listen to their concerns. report status changes and concerns to registered nurses and doctors. Accurately administer medications per ordered note and document accurate count of controlled substance medication administration on required documents. Exhibit therapeutic rapport with patients by maintaining professional boundaries, being respectful to personal space, giving patient direct attention and maintaining rational detachment. Communicate therapeutically and professional with patients, victors, coworkers and others involved in patient treatment in an effective manner. Cove Forge Williamsburg is an EOE.
