Revenue Analyst - Hospitality Revenue Management

Gorman & Company is seeking an experienced Revenue Analyst to optimize revenue and profitability for The Stella Hotel & Ballroom (Kenosha, WI), The Brewhouse Inn & Suites (Milwaukee, WI), and The Embassy Suites (Rockford, IL). This is an exciting opportunity to shape the revenue strategies of three unique properties, each offering distinct guest experiences.

What You'll Do

As our Revenue Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in developing and implementing revenue management strategies to drive profitability across our hotels. Key responsibilities include:


  • Revenue Strategy & Analysis - Monitor market trends, analyze competitor pricing, and identify opportunities to maximize revenue.
  • Forecasting & Budgeting - Prepare accurate revenue projections and budgets for each property.
  • Pricing Optimization - Set and adjust pricing strategies for rooms and ancillary services, including promotions and packages.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making - Utilize revenue management systems (Cloudbeds, OnQ, R&I, etc.) to analyze performance metrics and drive strategic actions.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration - Work closely with General Managers, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align revenue strategies with business goals.
  • Channel Optimization - Manage distribution channels, including direct bookings, OTAs, GDS, and third-party platforms, to maximize visibility and profitability.
  • Training & Leadership - Provide revenue management insights and training to property-level staff to foster a data-driven culture.


What We're Looking For

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven professional with direct experience in Hospitality Revenue Management. Ideal candidates will have:


  • 1-2 years of experience in hotel revenue management or a similar analytical role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proficiency in revenue management systems (e.g., OnQ, Grow, STR, Cloudbeds) and strong Excel skills.
  • A proven track record of driving revenue growth and optimizing profitability across multiple properties.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with stakeholders across departments.
  • Willingness to travel between Milwaukee, Kenosha, and Rockford (valid driver's license required).
  • Flexibility to work extended hours when needed.


Compensation & Benefits


  • Competitive Salary: Starting at $59,500-$60,000 per year
