Reporting to the Director, Electric Performance & Strategy, the Lead Process Manager will work seamlessly with the NY Electric Operations organization and be responsible for driving business performance through strategic planning, data analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role will lead cross-functional teams to develop, execute, and monitor key strategies designed to enhance overall organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, be highly organized and have a understanding/training in Lean-Six Sigma methodology. Candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced organization collaborating with various stakeholders across the Company. Key Accountabilities

Salary: $110,000 - $129,000 This position has a career path which provides for advancement opportunities within and across bands as you develop and evolve in the position; gaining experience, expertise and acquiring and applying technical skills.
