Build the future of the AI Data Cloud. Join the Snowflake team. Snowflake is experiencing exponential growth, and we are expanding our global public relations team to help us scale. We are looking for a Product PR Specialist with a passion for communications and technology to develop and manage PR programs that showcase the unique innovations and teams driving the AI Data Cloud forward. This role demands a skilled collaborator with a good understanding of B2B technology and an ability to distill complex technology concepts into simple language. The Product PR Specialist will report directly to Snowflake's Senior Product PR Lead, and will be responsible for overseeing Snowflake's data engineering product category, alongside our continued open source efforts. This includes innovative storytelling around data ingestion, transformation, interoperable storage, and the overarching developer experience. This individual will help spearhead major product launch moments, drive PR strategies, elevate our data engineering executives' thought leadership pillars, work cross-functionally with various marketing and product teams to identify proactive storytelling opportunities, and more. Our ideal candidate will bring fresh ideas, ask smart questions, and has an entrepreneurial spirit in how they communicate our product, technology, and customer stories to audiences. A demonstrated track record of executing successful public relations campaigns in the enterprise software space is a must.In addition, a strong understanding of the open source and data landscape is key. This role requires in-office work at our preferred San Mateo, CA office. The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
